Prague, how beautiful she was
in the glimpses of summer’s light.
Her tapered pathways offered cooling down
on those scorching days and other times,
wind fooling around with bells of her
Gothic cathedrals brought grace
and majesty to her scenery.
Perhaps it was her way of disclosing
a higher call, never seen by the naked eye,
but always being there, present to those,
who were perceptive enough.
Nothing more than trust in what is disguised.
